Department of Science and Technology - Technology Application Promotion Institute (DOST-TAPI) and Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers (PSME), in celebration of the National Inventor's Week, organized a robot tagging contest in an effort to stimulate the student's interest in the fast growing field of robotics and automation. a.k.a. mechatonics. Seven schools joined the contest : Central Colleges of the Philippines, De LaSalle University, Manuel L.
